About the role

The Finance Director will lead the economic and financial strategy of Kruger Corporation, ensuring profitability, sustainability, and global growth. This senior position is pivotal for driving financial decisions that support corporate expansion and market confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and supervise financial strategies that optimize profitability and strengthen the company’s economic position.
• Analyze and present financial and executive reports to senior management and corporate boards.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions and purchase processes, including financial valuation, risk analysis and post‑integration operations.
• Coordinate relationships with international tax authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance across all operating countries.
• Oversee budgeting, cash‑flow planning and investment management.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors and external auditors, enhancing institutional trust and transparency.
• Evaluate financial risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering efficiency, continuous improvement and professional development.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
• Post‑graduate studies or MBA in Corporate Finance, Business Administration or similar (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in senior financial leadership roles.
• Proven experience in M&A, financial valuation and risk assessment.
• Experience with international tax regulations and reporting to regulatory entities.
• Strong background in budgeting, treasury, internal audit, cost control and tax management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS/NIIF standards.
• Expertise in financial analysis, reporting and valuation.
• Experience in international tax compliance.
