About the role
Calbaq, a leading Ecuadorian family-owned company in the mass‑consumption sector, is looking for dynamic and proactive Direct Sales Representatives (Autoventa). You will be responsible for selling Calbaq’s products directly to customers, building a loyal client portfolio, and ensuring brand visibility at points of sale.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Follow company policies on product returns.
- Complete daily visit objectives to clients.
- Manage inventory of products stored in the sales vehicle.
- Negotiate and collect payments from the client portfolio.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a mass‑consumption company.
- Proactive, dynamic, and customer‑oriented attitude.
- Valid type C driver’s license.
Required skills
- Inventory management.
- Basic operation of utility vehicles.
- Negotiation and collection handling.
