Customer Service Representative

About the role

UPS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its global team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, investigating issues, and ensuring timely resolution of cases.

Key responsibilities

• Field inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Document incoming information related to each customer concern.
• Investigate evidence, input data, and monitor the case‑resolution process.
• Communicate case status and outcomes to customers.
• Close cases once all issues are resolved and documented.
