About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator for the North sector of our organization in Quito. The role focuses on leading talent processes, fostering employee development, and ensuring compliance with Ecuadorian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Implement initiatives to improve workplace climate and employee engagement.
• Monitor compliance with HR policies and Ecuadorian labor legislation.
• Prepare and analyse HR performance indicators.
• Provide advisory support to managers on talent‑related matters.

Required profile

• University degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience coordinating HR processes.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Age between 28 and 48 years (as stated in the posting).

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment, induction, training, performance evaluation, and organizational culture.
• Understanding of Ecuadorian labor legislation and talent‑management indicators.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
