About the role

Doctoranytime is seeking a results‑driven Commercial Coordinator to lead its sales team in Quito. The role combines hands‑on selling with team leadership, ensuring sales targets are met and the client portfolio expands within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, mentor and supervise the sales team.
• Conduct direct sales activities and close commercial opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and group sales targets.
• Follow up leads, prospects and opportunities through to closure.
• Manage the full commercial cycle for doctors and patients.
• Design strategies to increase conversion and acquire new clients.
• Maintain and update the CRM system.
• Track the sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Analyze sales, conversion, productivity and target‑achievement indicators.
• Prepare commercial performance reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Train, support and develop the sales team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, commercial management or sales team coordination.
• Residency in Quito.
• Proven track record in closing sales, preferably with doctors and patients.
• Strong orientation toward meeting and surpassing targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work under commercial objectives and indicators.
• Technical education (technical/professional level) and English proficiency.
• Age between 25 and 45 years, valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Open to candidates with disabilities.
