About the role
CEVSA Seguridad y Vigilancia is looking for a Financial Accountant to strengthen its accounting and financial management. The position is based on-site in Quito and involves handling tax filings, financial statements and internal audit activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage tax declarations and ensure compliance with the SRI (Ecuadorian Internal Revenue Service).
- Oversee contributions to IESS (Ecuadorian Social Security Institute) and related reporting.
- Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of accounting records.
- Support the finance team with day‑to‑day bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
Required profile
- Technical or professional education in accounting or finance.
- 5 years of experience in accounting, tax filing and internal audit.
- Age between 25 and 45 years.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and results orientation.
