About the role

The Client Engagement Executive will drive new business opportunities for BairesDev by contacting, nurturing, and converting leads into long‑term clients. This fully remote position involves both virtual and occasional in‑person interactions, offering a dynamic environment for a motivated sales professional.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to a high volume of inbound leads.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
  • Present BairesDev’s services to prospects via remote and on‑site meetings.
  • Prepare regular sales and financial reports.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of B2B field sales experience targeting US clients, preferably as an SDR or junior sales role.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and deal negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Recent experience in a company of up to 500 employees.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
