Call Center Agent – Commercial Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent who will also act as a Commercial Executive. The role involves providing high‑quality telephone support, answering inquiries, and promoting our products and services to customers in Quito.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Advise customers on the operator’s products and services.
• Follow up on requests and resolve incidents promptly.
• Achieve assigned targets and adhere to company guidelines.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Previous call‑center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent diction and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, responsibility and result‑oriented mindset.
• Age between 18 and 40 years.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation.
