About the role

This full‑time position is focused on delivering high‑quality customer service for a consulting firm based in Quito. The successful candidate will interact directly with clients, ensuring a positive experience and representing the company’s professional image.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous assistance to customers in person or via phone.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Work rotating schedules to meet the needs of the business.
• Leverage prior experience in 5‑star hospitality or similar customer‑facing environments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or studies in Tourism or related fields.
• Female candidates aged between 20 and 30 years.
• Excellent personal presentation and a charismatic, extroverted demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and ease in dealing with clients.
• Availability for shift work.
• Previous experience in customer service or high‑end hotel settings is desirable.
