Associate de Cobranzas

About the role

Join PwC's Deals team in Guayaquil as an Associate de Cobranzas. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the administrative collection processes for radio and channel clients, ensuring timely recovery of receivables and supporting data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and track collection processes for radios and channels, adhering to schedules, internal procedures and client agreements.
• Receive, validate, consolidate and update commercial, financial and portfolio information from radios, channels, agencies and clients.
• Analyze, clean and correct databases related to collections, ensuring data consistency and quality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date files, databases and document repositories for collection and portfolio recovery activities.
• Prepare and issue reports, statements, collection bulletins and follow‑up reports for operational and administrative use.
• Coordinate timely delivery of collection information and documentation to clients, agencies, radios and channels.
• Monitor pending information, send reminders and manage communications to keep processes on track.
• Handle requests for payment extensions, payment agreements and other collection commitments, following them through to resolution.
• Perform reconciliations, validations and cross‑checks of financial, commercial and operational data.
• Gather and analyse statistical information on channel performance to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data sources.
• Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team.
