About the role

Join Kruger as a Talent Human Assistant and start your career in Human Resources within a fast‑growing tech company. You will work on‑site in Quito, learning the daily operations of an HR department that supports innovative digital projects.

Key responsibilities

Observe and assist the HR team in all core processes.
Support the allocation and management of Krugs (digital currency) for employees.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovative solutions.
Participate in continuous training to develop professional skills.

Required profile

Resident of Quito with availability for full‑time onsite work.
Graduate in Marketing, Digital Business, or a related field.
Strong desire to learn, grow and contribute in an HR environment.
Good communication, organization and teamwork abilities.
Proactive, committed and positive attitude.
