Asistente de Recursos Humanos – Selección y Reclutamiento

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. The role is based in Guayaquil and contributes to maintaining a highly qualified and motivated workforce across our aviation and culinary services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update job profiles and function descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
• Source candidates using internal and external channels, conduct pre‑selection, and lead competency‑based interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with managers and evaluate assessment tools.
• Verify employment, academic, and legal backgrounds, and maintain a candidate database for frequent vacancies.
• Manage candidate applications and employee records in the Workday HR system.
• Execute new‑hire induction programs, archive mandatory documentation, and communicate internal policies.
• Arrange medical examinations and certify fitness for work.

Required profile

• Strong interest in working in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Experience or academic background in recruitment, selection, or HR administration.
• Familiarity with labor regulations and internal compliance procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
