About the role

Join a leading strategic partner serving airlines, airports, and enterprises across the Caribbean and Latin America. As an HR Assistant you will support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and HR system administration, helping to build a highly qualified and motivated workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Define job profiles and update function descriptions in collaboration with managers.
• Source candidates using internal and external channels, conduct pre‑selection and competency‑based interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with supervisors and senior management.
• Verify employment, academic, and legal references and maintain a candidate database.
• Manage candidate applications and data entry in the Workday HR system.
• Execute new‑employee induction programs, archive mandatory documentation, and communicate internal policies.
• Arrange medical exams, health records, and fitness certificates for new hires.

Required profile

• Strong interest in talent acquisition and training within a multicultural environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow internal controls and legal labor standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
