Asistente de Logística de Materia Prima

About the role

The Raw Materials Logistics Assistant will ensure the proper receipt, storage, inventory control and internal distribution of raw materials and packaging used in the production of balanced animal feed. Working closely with the planning team, the assistant helps optimise processes and guarantees continuous availability of inputs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and tracking of receiving, storing and dispatching raw materials.
• Maintain logistics documentation and update information in inventory control systems.
• Monitor inventory levels, quality and movements to ensure traceability.
• Prepare operational reports and key performance indicators for logistics management.
• Schedule receptions, dispatches and transfers, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Logistics and Storage, Industrial/Agro‑industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an assistant, auxiliary or warehouse manager handling raw material or finished product, preferably in the food industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management, FIFO, BPM and basic computer tools (Office suite).
• Experience operating scales and managing raw‑material reception and storage.
