About the role
We are seeking a proactive, organized professional with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Management team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the Sales and Marketing Management.
- Follow up with clients and commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and area activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Support the execution of marketing strategies and commercial campaigns.
- Manage databases and keep client information up to date.
Required profile
- Knowledge of marketing, sales and commercial strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
- Ability to organize agendas, track client interactions, and prepare reports.
- Responsible, dynamic, results‑oriented and able to work in a team.
- Technical or professional education, less than one year of experience, age 18‑35, willing to travel.
