About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support the Procurement area of our operations in Guayaquil. The role ensures timely and effective acquisition of materials, raw materials and equipment needed for the company’s activities, in line with internal controls and regional office procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the purchasing team in sourcing and ordering required supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries and inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve any issues.
• Support compliance with internal procurement policies and regional guidelines.
• Prepare documentation and reports for the purchasing department.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Motivation to contribute to a purpose‑driven company.
