About the role

Kruger is looking for a motivated Junior Commercial Assistant (referred to as a "Kanterita Comercial") to join its growing technology team in Quito. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to the commercial processes of a fast‑expanding tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in managing sales opportunities and tracking client interactions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentation materials for prospective customers.
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote innovative AI‑driven sales solutions.
• Continuously learn through on‑the‑job training and formal development programs.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• Resident of Quito with full availability for onsite work.
• Strong desire to learn, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Interest in process automation and artificial‑intelligence applications in sales.
