Asesor/a comercial – Ventas B2B

About the role

IFPO Latinoamérica, a leading international organization in training, certification and professional development for the security industry, is looking for a dynamic Commercial Advisor to join its Quito office. The role focuses on generating new B2B business opportunities, presenting tailored training solutions and building long‑term relationships with corporate clients across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new corporate customers in various sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
• Present IFPO’s training, certification and professional development programs to decision‑makers.
• Develop strategic, long‑term relationships with clients and regional partners.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance, services, training, technology or other intangible products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and well‑organized.
• Educational background in Administration, Marketing, Business, Commerce or related fields.

Required skills

• Experience with digital sales tools and CRM systems.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
