About the role
We are looking for a proactive Commercial Advisor to join our team in Quito. You will provide personalized advice to customers on tools, equipment, and repair services, helping them find the best solutions while driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Offer personalized guidance to clients on tools, equipment, and repair services.
- Identify customer needs and propose optimal solutions to generate sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers until the sale is closed.
- Handle inquiries and sales through digital channels such as WhatsApp and social media.
- Promote campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Receive tools for diagnosis or repair, accurately recording client and equipment information.
- Coordinate with the Technical Service department to track equipment status and keep customers informed.
Required profile
- Minimum education: secondary basic education.
- Age between 22 and 45 years.
- Less than one year of relevant experience.
