About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our sports store team. You will interact with customers both in‑person and online, providing detailed product information and helping them find the right solutions for their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers on the shop floor and via digital channels, presenting the full range of sports products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions to ensure a satisfying purchase experience.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, promotions, and inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle post‑sale inquiries.
Required profile
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in face‑to‑face or online sales.
- Age between 18 and 22 years.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Familiarity with retail sales, counter sales, and customer advisory.
