About the role
The Service Advisor will guide customers through the entire service process, from vehicle or engine intake to final delivery, ensuring a clear and timely experience.
Key responsibilities
- Receive customers and record the intake order (vehicle, engine, requested service).
- Explain diagnoses and quotations clearly to the client.
- Enter orders into the system or production control sheet.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
- Coordinate final delivery and service payment.
- Handle customer complaints or claims and escalate when necessary.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Technical/Professional degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Age between 21 and 31 years.
- Ability to advise customers and negotiate.
- Knowledge of production control, quotations, and engines.
- Strong organization, reception, follow‑up, and adaptability skills.
