Arquitecto de Soluciones – Plataformas Híbridas

About the role

Kruger is looking for a semi‑senior Solution Architect specialized in hybrid platforms to design scalable, secure and resilient architectures that blend on‑premise and cloud environments. The role is based onsite in Quito, Ecuador.

Key responsibilities

• Design hybrid solutions that integrate local data‑centers with public cloud services.
• Translate business requirements into innovative technical architectures.
• Guide technical teams during implementation, ensuring architectural best practices.
• Document technical guidelines, standards and architecture diagrams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption.
• Advise stakeholders on strategic technology and architecture decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing hybrid (on‑premise + cloud) architectures.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns: microservices, decoupled monoliths, event‑driven, API‑first.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure components (servers, virtualization, networking, firewalls, cloud integration).
• Proficiency in secure connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect).
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and security‑by‑design practices (Zero Trust, encryption, IAM).
• Identity management experience (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO).
• Ability to model solutions using UML, C4 or ArchiMate.
