About the role

Kruger is looking for a semi‑senior Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect to design and guide cloud transformations for large organizations in Ecuador. You will work closely with development, infrastructure and security teams to deliver secure, high‑performance Azure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure that meet business and technical requirements.
• Lead implementation of Azure solutions, ensuring security, performance and cost‑efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build end‑to‑end cloud services.
• Document architectures, configurations and technical guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement, migrations and platform evolution toward Azure.
• Provide governance, cost‑management and access‑control recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering with Microsoft Azure.
• Proven ability to design scalable, resilient and secure solutions.
• Experience with hybrid connectivity (VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute) and network security.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Containers and orchestration: AKS, Azure Container Instances.
• CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Serverless: Azure Functions, Logic Apps.
• Governance tools: Azure Policy, Blueprints, Cost Management.
