Analista de Helpdesk

About the role

Talenter is looking for a motivated Helpdesk Analyst who is passionate about technology and wants to grow in a dynamic environment. The position is onsite at the Zonamerica campus.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to internal and external users.
• Perform basic server administration tasks.
• Assist users with Windows operating system issues at the user level.
• Handle networking tasks such as switching and routing.
• Communicate with clients to diagnose problems and deliver joint solutions.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate of a tertiary program in IT infrastructure.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Enjoy problem‑solving and interacting with customers.

Required skills

• Basic server management.
• Proficiency with Windows OS (user‑level).
• Networking knowledge, including switching and routing.
