AI Automation & Agent Developer (Short-Term Contractor)

About the role

ThinkNow is seeking an AI Automation & Agent Developer on a short‑term contract to design and implement AI‑driven workflow automations that streamline internal processes across research, panel, operations, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI agents and workflow automations for internal business processes.
• Automate the setup of Link product projects and related operational tasks.
• Identify repetitive manual workflows and propose automation solutions.
• Connect AI tools with internal systems, spreadsheets, forms, project‑management tools, APIs, and databases.
• Create simple interfaces, scripts, or workflows usable by non‑technical teams.
• Implement AI‑powered assistants for specific operational tasks where appropriate.
• Develop internal tools that improve productivity and reduce operational overhead.
• Work with survey data, panel platforms, audience datasets, and research operations to create AI‑assisted workflows.
• Document processes clearly for ongoing maintenance and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Research, and Engineering teams to prioritize high‑impact use cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience building AI agents, workflow automations, or internal business tools.
• Strong knowledge of AI and automation platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.
• Ability to work with APIs, databases, spreadsheets, and business‑process tools.
• Comfortable writing scripts or lightweight applications in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience integrating AI into real business workflows, not just demos.

What we offer

• Compensation $1,500–$2,000 USD per month, based on experience.
• Remote work, preferably based in Latin America.
• 30–90 day contract with potential extension.
