About the role
We are looking for a proactive Telemarketing Sales Agent to join our team in Quito North. The role combines outbound sales calls with the creation of engaging digital content to drive our sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support sales.
- Create persuasive content for social media and other online channels.
- Manage and update company social media profiles.
- Provide product advice and excellent customer service.
- Track performance metrics and report on sales results.
Required profile
- Technical or professional education (minimum).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing.
- Age between 20 and 30 years.
- Fluent Spanish language skills.
- Strong advisory ability, creativity, and customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Digital marketing knowledge.
- Social media management.
- Content creation and persuasive communication.
