Agente de cobranzas – Gestor de call center

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Agent to join our dynamic call‑center team at MAYORGA DMABOGADOS S.A.S. in Quito. You will be responsible for managing the repayment of credit‑based purchases, ensuring customers meet agreed deadlines while maintaining a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone to collect outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Monitor and update collection records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze payment data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and improve collection strategies.
• Collaborate with the call‑center team to meet daily and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in call‑center operations and collections.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Must reside in the southern area of Quito and be able to work onsite.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
