Account Manager – Quito

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing, developing and retaining an assigned portfolio of B2B customers in Quito. The role focuses on building long‑term strategic relationships through consultative selling of technology solutions that generate value, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and continuously follow up on the assigned client portfolio, ensuring timely and high‑quality service.
• Maintain strong, long‑term B2B commercial relationships.
• Identify client needs, pain points and improvement opportunities; propose aligned technology solutions (software, digital services, custom projects).
• Present clear technical and commercial value propositions.
• Detect upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within active accounts and drive adoption of new services.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, requirement gathering, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Pre‑sales, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Finance) to ensure proper project execution.
• Provide post‑sale support, gather feedback, handle incidents and promote customer loyalty.
• Keep CRM data up‑to‑date, produce sales forecasts, pipeline reports and ensure compliance with internal policies.
