Technical Account Manager – Enterprise Customers

About the role

Camunda is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a trusted technical advisor for its most strategic enterprise customers in the MEA region. You will guide clients through the full lifecycle of Camunda adoption, ensuring they derive measurable business value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for designated enterprise accounts, overseeing the entire Camunda adoption journey.
• Develop and execute customized technical adoption plans that align with customers’ business objectives.
• Provide hands‑on guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and advisory services to both business and technical stakeholders from onboarding through ongoing operations.
• Conduct platform health checks, identify execution risks, manage escalations, and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Collaborate closely with Camunda’s Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales and Pre‑Sales teams to drive outcomes at scale.
• Spend time on‑site with accounts for key milestones (up to 50% during busy periods) to deepen relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a technical account management, customer success, or similar client‑facing technical role.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel on‑site as needed.
