Senior Talent Acquisition – Healthcare (Ecuador)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, and employment administration for our healthcare operations in Ecuador. The role combines full‑cycle recruiting with legal coordination, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for administrative, operational, professional, and medical expert positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles, from administrative staff to medical consultants.
• Draft, post, and promote job descriptions across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews, including initial assessments and reference checks.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, prepare documentation, and ensure completion of eligibility and compliance paperwork.
• Draft offer letters, employment contracts, contractor agreements, and manage signature collection.
• Track contract renewal dates and support leadership with legal document preparation.
• Assist HR compliance, policy implementation, and liaison with external legal counsel when needed.

Required profile

• Impeccable English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 3+ years of experience in senior HR, talent acquisition, or people operations roles within global or international companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes for diverse roles.
• Strong drafting and document‑management abilities, especially for employment contracts and legal agreements.
