Senior Agentic Product Designer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Agentic Product Designer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on AI‑native SaaS and workflow automation platforms. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives for complex, AI‑powered platforms.
• Design high‑fidelity UI components in Figma, using auto‑layout, component libraries, variables and prototyping.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth handoff and continuous integration of design assets.
• Contribute to design systems and libraries, maintaining consistency across large applications.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and help resolve design challenges in fast‑paced environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product or UX/UI design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI‑native, SaaS or workflow automation products.
• Proven ability to work remotely and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, component libraries, variables, prototyping, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT or Claude.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design and accessibility.
• Experience working in agile / scrum teams.
