Robot Reliability Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Robot Reliability Engineer you will ensure the high availability and performance of real‑time vehicle systems used in robotic platforms. You will design tools and infrastructure to diagnose and resolve complex hardware‑software issues at scale, working fully remotely with a global team of top engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Support and debug real‑time vehicle systems to maintain operational reliability.
• Build and maintain diagnostic tools and infrastructure for large‑scale issue identification.
• Design and execute reliability experiments using physical test benches and 3D visualization tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system design and prevent recurring failures.
• Perform deep‑dive root‑cause analysis on failures in Linux and real‑time environments.
• Develop automated monitoring and recovery solutions to minimize fleet downtime.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Robotics, or Embedded Systems.
• Proven expertise in supporting and debugging real‑time vehicle systems and Linux environments.
• Strong background in building tools and infrastructure for hardware‑software diagnostics at scale.
• Experience with physical test benches and 3D visualization environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
