Human Resources Specialist – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support our growing remote workforce. The role focuses on talent management, employee support, onboarding, and recruitment operations to boost engagement and streamline HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and online communities.
• Conduct outreach, schedule interviews and perform preliminary screenings.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding of remote employees.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and CRM databases.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and virtual team‑building activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners and international payroll providers.
• Track hiring metrics, KPIs and workforce performance reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
• Help with payroll processing, compensation tracking and bookkeeping support.
• Create recruitment marketing content for LinkedIn and social media.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Prior experience in HR, recruiting, administration or people operations is preferred.
