About the role

The Human Resources Manager will support the full scope of HR responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices to strengthen the workforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting expertise and proven ability to enhance talent acquisition
• Demonstrated experience training managers and staff
• Excellent organizational, critical‑thinking, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and sound judgment
