About the role
The HR Manager I will lead Human Resources service delivery for ChildFund in Ecuador and Bolivia, working closely with the Country Director and senior management to align HR strategy with the country’s strategic and operating plans.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support HR service delivery across Ecuador and Bolivia.
- Drive HR strategy in line with the Country Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plans.
- Collaborate with the HR/Admin Assistant in Bolivia and the Global HR Shared Services team.
- Report to the Regional HR Business Partner for the Americas.
- Oversee performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition and other core HR processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Communication, Organization Development, Talent Management or a closely related field (preferred).
- 5‑7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years managing multi‑country HR procedures and strategies.
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes such as performance management, workforce planning and talent acquisition.
