About the role

As an AI Technical Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead automation initiatives that leverage AI to streamline enterprise workflows and operational processes. You will bridge strategic objectives with technical execution, delivering scalable solutions for planning, reporting, and content generation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deploy AI‑driven automation to improve workflow efficiency.
• Manage the full program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery milestones.
• Operationalize AI solutions into repeatable, scalable systems while handling cross‑functional dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and steer technical direction.
• Integrate AI tools and orchestration platforms with existing systems such as JIRA.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with a focus on AI automation and workflow orchestration.
• Proven track record of leading initiatives that streamline operational processes using AI tools and JIRA.
• Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to prototype and scale AI solutions.
• Demonstrated experience integrating data and documentation workflows for planning and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
