Agentic Software Engineer (OpenAI Codex) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic Software Engineer specialized in using OpenAI Codex to build full‑stack applications for our U.S. clients. The role is fully remote and targets professionals located in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers.
• Use OpenAI Codex as the primary development environment to generate and coordinate code across large, multi‑file systems.
• Maintain architectural oversight while delivering production‑ready software.
• Design AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Iteratively improve AI‑generated output through structured feedback loops and human‑in‑the‑loop validation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure continuous integration and delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node.js, etc.).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree (four‑year college).
• Extensive experience using OpenAI Codex for AI‑driven code generation.
• Strong context‑engineering skills to produce reliable AI output.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications.
• Experience working on large, complex systems in Agile environments.
