Video Editor (Paid Social Content)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage into scroll‑stopping videos that drive performance on paid social channels. You will work closely with our Paid Social team to create platform‑native, on‑brand content that captures attention and converts viewers.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and deliver high‑quality video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Cut, trim and sequence raw footage, applying transitions, color grading, sound design and motion graphics.
• Add captions and text overlays for accessibility and silent‑viewing formats.
• Maintain organized production files and video asset libraries.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams during concept development and campaign planning.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them to keep content fresh.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience editing video content for brands on social platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing range and creative judgment.
• Deep familiarity with short‑form and long‑form formats and platform specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Adobe Premiere Pro (expert level)
• Adobe After Effects (expert level)

• Motion graphics creation
• Knowledge of codecs, export settings and platform optimization
