Staffing Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect you will define client skill requirements for staffing augmentation and ensure alignment between client needs and candidate sourcing. You will work remotely with a global team, supporting projects for leading technology companies and innovative startups.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to match engineers with specific project profiles.
• Participate in client meetings to understand and refine engineering profile requirements.
• Collaborate across multiple tech stacks, including web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates on a variety of technologies.
• Work with the sales team to improve time‑to‑market while ensuring feasibility of client requests.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
