Software Engineer (Go & AWS) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for experienced software engineers to join its talent network and work on U.S. client projects. The position is fully remote, focused on backend development with Go and AWS, and includes occasional frontend tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Develop and maintain production‑grade backend services using Go.
• Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Deploy and operate cloud‑native applications on AWS, especially EKS.
• Contribute small feature updates or bug fixes in Angular, Ionic, or React front‑ends when needed.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable releases.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to ramp up quickly on new systems.
• Experience in lean or high‑growth teams where engineers wear multiple hats.
• Commitment to long‑term product ownership and extreme ownership of work.
