Robot Reliability Engineer (Remote)

About the role

The Robot Reliability Engineer will support and debug real‑time vehicle systems, ensuring high operational availability of robotic platforms. You will design tools and infrastructure to diagnose and resolve complex hardware‑software issues at scale while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support and debug real‑time vehicle systems to maintain high performance and availability.
• Build and maintain diagnostic tools and infrastructure for large‑scale issue identification.
• Design and execute reliability experiments using physical test benches and 3D visualization tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system design and prevent recurring failures.
• Conduct deep‑dive root‑cause analysis of failures in Linux and real‑time environments.
• Develop automated monitoring and recovery solutions to minimize downtime of robotic fleets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, robotics, or embedded systems.
• Proven experience supporting and debugging real‑time vehicle systems and Linux environments.
• Strong background in building tools and infrastructure for hardware‑software diagnostics at scale.
• Deep understanding of system design, real‑time debugging, and operational reliability.
• Hands‑on experience with 3D visualization tools and physical test‑bench environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
