About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Data Engineer to join its multicultural development team. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and solution architects on high‑impact projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Interview Data Scientists and Data Engineers to assess technical abilities.
• Incorporate interview data into the product and help create predictive, fair, and enjoyable solutions.
• Partner with developers, tech leads, and solution architects to build robust applications.
• Enhance existing data structures by adding new functionalities or proposing technological updates.
• Improve user experience on scalable, high‑availability platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a developer.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience managing data loads and ensuring data quality.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
