About the role

Habtemariam Law Injury Lawyers is expanding its personal injury practice and seeks a remote bilingual lawyer fluent in English and Spanish. The role involves supporting attorneys, managing client interactions, and handling various administrative and litigation tasks from a home‑based office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new client intake interviews and open client files.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Draft demand letters and assist in litigation preparation.
• File and verify balances, prepare accounting entries, and manage billing records.
• Review and process faxes and emails, and organize medical records and bills.
• Support attorneys with research, document preparation, and other legal matters.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney with the ability to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of delivering high‑quality work under deadlines.
