Professional Services Partner (Remote)

About the role

You will oversee client accounts end‑to‑end, ensuring commercial, operational and financial health while proactively spotting risks and opportunities. The role focuses on optimizing Professional Services processes through data audits, AI‑driven automation, and cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review client accounts across commercial, operational and financial dimensions.
• Evaluate and redesign internal processes to meet BairesDev objectives.
• Assess escalated risks and opportunities, recommending actions or escalating to senior management.
• Leverage AI to improve processes and automate routine tasks.
• Audit data accuracy, client meeting notes and email communications.
• Analyze data to extract actionable insights, manage Jira tasks and coordinate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process‑oriented roles.
• Academic background in Engineering, Accounting, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
