About the role
We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this position you will help shape our company culture, support recruitment efforts, and ensure a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee support initiatives.
- Develop and run programs that boost employee morale and engagement.
- Coordinate internal communications and culture‑building activities.
- Support recruitment marketing and create social media content.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and reporting systems.
- Track workforce performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Provide administrative and operational HR support, including payroll coordination and contractor management.
- Build strong relationships with employees, candidates, and external partners.
- Help leadership improve employee retention strategies.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
