People & Culture Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this position you will help shape our company culture, support recruitment efforts, and ensure a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee support initiatives.
• Develop and run programs that boost employee morale and engagement.
• Coordinate internal communications and culture‑building activities.
• Support recruitment marketing and create social media content.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, and reporting systems.
• Track workforce performance metrics and key performance indicators.
• Provide administrative and operational HR support, including payroll coordination and contractor management.
• Build strong relationships with employees, candidates, and external partners.
• Help leadership improve employee retention strategies.
