Observability Architect

About the role

We are seeking an Observability Architect to design, implement and continuously improve monitoring solutions across complex technology environments. The role blends deep technical expertise with automation, analytics and cross‑team collaboration to ensure proactive system health, faster incident resolution and ongoing performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and optimise observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Grafana and Zabbix.
• Define and model metrics, logs and traces aligned with SLOs and operational objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance monitoring capabilities and platform performance.
• Partner with technical teams during incident management, root‑cause analysis, war‑rooms and post‑mortems.
• Automate observability workflows and drive continuous improvement in Agile settings.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with observability, monitoring, infrastructure, networking and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of automation, Kubernetes, DevOps practices and modern operational methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Observability tools: Dynatrace, Grafana, Zabbix.
• Automation/IaC: Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Monaco.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes.
• Cloud and networking observability concepts.
• AiOps, event correlation, log analysis and root‑cause analysis.
• Agile collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence.
