MEP Technical Learning Coach – Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing & Sheetmetal

About the role

ENG, a leading BIM services provider, is seeking experienced MEP professionals to become Technical Learning Coaches. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve trade‑specific training programs for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Sheetmetal disciplines, helping the company raise the quality and consistency of its BIM output.

Key responsibilities

• Transform raw MEP technical content into practical learning assets such as modules, presentations, guides, and live sessions.
• Own or support the delivery of one or more trade‑specific learning paths, providing coaching and feedback to trainees.
• Keep training materials up‑to‑date with the latest software versions, tools, processes, standards, and real‑world workflows.
• Organize content in internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and assist with LMS setup (e.g., Deel, Engage).
• Collaborate with the Lead Coach and internal teams to ensure training is clear, practical, and scalable.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in at least one MEP trade (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Sheetmetal).
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience at LOD 350/400.
• Senior‑level BIM experience (BIM Specialist, BIM Lead, Job Captain or equivalent).
• Fluent English with excellent communication and instructional skills.
