About the role

As a Lab Systems Engineer you will bridge laboratory science and software engineering, working with LIMS platforms to streamline research and diagnostic workflows. This fully remote position lets you collaborate with global teams while ensuring data integrity and system reliability for life‑science projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support, configure, and customize LIMS systems for laboratory operations.
• Design and refine business process workflows specific to lab environments.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams to optimize system performance and user experience.
• Integrate LIMS with other laboratory applications and external services.
• Maintain system reliability, data integrity, and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with LIMS platforms.
• Background in business process modeling or laboratory workflow design.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Python (preferred).
• REST API integration.
• Fundamentals of cloud computing.
• Familiarity with LIMS systems.
