Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Analyst to own the candidate experience for both internal and external openings. Working fully remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between candidates and the company, ensuring a smooth, fast, and engaging recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keep them informed, and maintain high engagement throughout the hiring pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant data, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback.
• Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit for tech and non‑tech roles.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Serve as the point of contact during client interviews, facilitating clear communication between both parties.
• Provide detailed candidate summaries to the staffing team to enable optimal resource allocation.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
