Full Stack Engineer (Java & Angular) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Join FullStack's talent network as a Remote Full Stack Engineer focused on Java and Angular projects for U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s development team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java 8 / Amazon Corretto 11 and the Spring Framework (Spring JDBC, JDBI, Spark Java).
• Build responsive enterprise front‑ends with TypeScript and Angular.
• Participate in system integration, legacy modernization, platform deprecation, and data source migration initiatives.
• Manage build and package automation using Apache Maven and npm.
• Implement cloud solutions on AWS, including Aurora PostgreSQL, Lambda, S3, and SNS.
• Integrate data platforms such as Snowflake or LabVantage and support workflows with Python scripts.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous delivery of applications.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, taking ownership of deliverables and troubleshooting complex issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience on large, complex systems and legacy modernization projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
